Mileage that estimates honestly
Enter the odometer now and then; Sherpsy interpolates the miles in between with a smoothed daily average, so a road trip doesn't permanently inflate the estimate. An estimated number is always labelled "est." with "update odometer" one tap away — never shown as fact.
Due by date or by distance
A task can be due every six months, every 5,000 miles, or whichever comes first. Seasonal jobs anchor to a month, because winterizing the irrigation in July is wrong.
